Use the LDS Church's pouch mail system. It is more reliable than sending mail directly, but there are some restrictions.

RULES:

Use a regular stamp

Only postcards or single sheet letters may be sent.

Single sheet letters are folded in thirds, taped lightly at the top edge only, no closer than 1" to the edges, and sent without an envelope.
